Background
Central Tribes of the Shawnee Area (CTSA) operates Head Start programs across multiple locations in Oklahoma, and relies on technology for daily program needs, communication, and data management. However, the organization did not have dedicated IT staff, leaving technical duties to employees whose primary roles were unrelated to technology. This led to inconsistent setups, longer response times, and increased security and compliance risks. To maintain stable operations and protect sensitive information, CTSA required centralized and reliable IT support.
Performance & Outcome
DigitalBlue partnered with CTSA to provide daily remote IT support supplemented by regular on-site visits for larger technical projects. Through this approach, DigitalBlue streamlined user access management and became subject matter experts in the various applications used across CTSA’s Head Start programs.
