OKIE811 is a statewide nonprofit responsible for Oklahoma’s underground utility notification and damage-prevention services. With a 24/7 call center and an online ticketing platform that must remain secure and available, the organization sought to validate the strength of its security controls and ensure its technology environment aligned with current best practices. To support this effort, OKIE811 pursued a comprehensive penetration test and vulnerability assessment of its internal network, cloud environment, and public-facing systems as part of its commitment to proactively identify risks and maintain a resilient security posture.
